Stock Bag Depot began with the goal to make quality flexible packaging more accessible to small and medium-sized businesses. As you might have guessed, we were initially focused on stock bags and providing a full line of inventory items that could be easily ordered and shipped in case quantities.
As our customer base expanded, we knew that we also needed to expand our capabilities in order to help them grow their brands and flourish. With that in mind, we began offering various customization options to accommodate customers at whatever stage they may be in with their product development.

Digital printing makes it possible for us offer low minimums and achieve shorter turn-around times. Non-solvent based inks are used to print vibrant designs on a wide range of styles, sizes, and materials. And because digital printing doesn’t require plates or cylinders, we can provide full-color custom packaging while keeping initial set-up costs low.
Our digital and flexo printing technologies are utilized to print stunning full-color adhesive labels. Our glossy, matte, metallic, and kraft options can be customized in both size and shape to fit on any of our stock items. Labels are then professionally applied with speed and accuracy using our semi-automatic labeling machines - eliminating the need for the time-consuming task of labeling bags and pouches by hand.
With rotogravure printing, we take custom ideas and bring them to life through our high-quality press. Our 8-color capabilities ensure that both process and spot colors are printed with greater precision and sharpness not found in other printing methods. Chrome-plated copper cylinders are etched with a recessed image of the completed design resulting in better registration and clear, vivid print quality. In addition, increased texture and depth can be created with our ability to combine both matte and glossy finishes.
One-way degassing valves have become a staple in the coffee and tea packaging arena. This innovation allows just-roasted coffee to be sealed in an air-tight package immediately by allowing the excess gasses from the beans to escape without letting outside air back in. Our valves keep freshness intact while making bursting bags and stale coffee are a thing of the past.
Tin-Tie Application
Gusseted and square-bottom bags are popular choices in flexible packaging. While they traditionally lack the ability to be resealed by themselves, but this feature can be added using our tin-tie application service. The adhesive-backed tin-ties are applied near the top of the bag and it can then be resealed by rolling down the top and folding the tin-tie around the edges to secure it.

Making the most of the limited shelf-space that retailers provide can be a difficult task. Our hang-hole application service is aimed at providing an easy solution. Applying round or butterfly hang-holes expands display options by allowing the bags to utilize end-caps, display strips, and peg boards.
